What are the Best Suburbs to Invest in in Brisbane Region?
When it comes to finding the best suburbs to invest in, we have to check your budget and rental yield requirements. As a general term, you would say your capital growth style properties will be within 10km of the Brisbane CBD and your cashflow/capital growth protein will be around 30km from the Brisbane CBD. When you are focusing on the 10km radius your main focus is on buying a property below market value or a property that can achieve a high enough rent return to make it a lot easier to hold over the long term but when it comes to your cashflow/capital growth properties, you want to avoid some of the areas it prone to crime and has little to no infrastructure spending. Some suburbs in Ipswich and Logan Councils have millions of dollars getting poured into them between now and 2030 and are primed for population and let’s just say demand which demand is what fuels prices over the long term.
